Turmoil has been the market theme as of late, and the recent sequence of events have led to some investors fleeing the market at the lows.

In this note, I’ll highlight the the ammunition/catalysts behind the Bull and Bear camps.

Largely speaking, macro forces are applying bearish pressure but I am finding that individual company setups are beginning to look good. Given that it is individual companies that determine the eventual index direction, I think we will eventually find our way to more stability shortly.

In our pre-market note, we shared that a powerful recovery could be in the cards once the market has had a chance to digest the ongoing context. We’re currently some degree of relief intraday compared to the overnight session.

The bigger question is though, can today’s recovery persist? We’ll discuss this below in terms of what our DCF Conclusion Studies suggest about key pivotal stocks and where they currently stand.
