12/4 Premium Strategy Note - Beginning Phase of Watching New Companies
Hey Folks – hope everyone had a great weekend.
In the past few Daily Market Notes, I’ve shared a couple themes:
Sector rotation is likely to come after the FAAMG stocks and Semiconductors and that the recalibration of the landscape means that small caps/mid-caps have emerged as areas that Investors may focus on. FAAMG likely still does well, but there will be pauses/resets.
Dividend Stocks and associated ETFs are likely to make a resurgence. This is evidenced by names like JNJ and KR seeing buying demand during broad market weakness.
China’s internet sector is undergoing severe stress, but my belief is that the elements of a mixed recovery is still in the works.
In this note, I will begin talking about small-caps and mid-caps as areas to begin watching as it is a good time to begin this discussion.
